If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Koussan Law regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
